Tom Coupart

With a strong foundation in athletic training and over a decade of experience, Tom Coupart blends his expertise and passion for athlete care to lead Crossroad Sports Medicine. From playing soccer, basketball, and baseball in his youth to earning a BS in Athletic Training at SUNY Cortland, Tom has built a career marked by resilience and dedication. His journey includes working with prominent organizations like Savannah State University and CORA PT, where he developed the skills and motivation to start Crossroad Sports Medicine. His patient-first philosophy aims to guide individuals along their path to recovery and well-being, meeting them where they are and helping them achieve their goals.

Lee Calhoun

With over a decade of experience in athlete care, Lee blends her expertise as a bodywork specialist and account executive to enrich our holistic sports wellness approach. Lee's background as a former college athlete, coupled with her extensive work aiding athletes across all levels, brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Healthcare Administration, as well as an Associate of Science in Nursing, Lee is poised to guide our clientele toward their bodywork objectives.

D’metrius Gordon

Hailing from the concrete jungle of Brooklyn, New York, D’metrius Gordon quickly understood the benefits of cultural and intellectual diversity. The drive to continue to learn different social dynamics led him to obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training at the University of Alabama. Upon experiencing a national championship with the University of Alabama’s football team as a student athletic trainer, D’metrius went on to gain experience at West Point Military Academy, Bryant University, and the University of Central Florida working with a variety of sports spanning from football to golf. He is starting Physical Therapy School at FAMU in the Fall of 2024 as he looks to expand his knowledge even further.

Kali Cook

Kali Cook holds a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. With a dedication to holistic growth, she created her own approach to mental performance, rooted in the belief that an athlete's mind is as pivotal as their physical abilities in achieving excellence. Combining her academic background with years of hands-on experiences in sports, she has observed and engaged with countless athletes, understanding the intricate web of challenges they face, both internally and externally. She currently works as a Board Certified Athletic Trainer and holds certifications in CES, CPT, VCS and CSNC.

Terri Charlock

Terri Charlock is originally from New Jersey and is a husband and proud father of 2. He is a licensed athletic trainer in Florida with 6+ years of experience. Terri specializes in filling medium term positions in multiple different settings (high school, college, professional sports as well as industrial). Terri is also a certified Jungian life coach and uses a holistic approach when working with individual clients. Terri utilizes Jungian philosophy and techniques to work with the clients unconscious mind, aiding them in forging and discovering their individual myth. Terri provides athletic training and life coaching services through his LLC “ReGen SM&C” (sports medicine and coaching)
